Orders are confirmed only after discussion through WhatsApp or email and after payment (full or advance, depending on the artwork type). Customers must provide correct reference photos and order details.

3. Custom Artwork Policy

All artworks are handmade and customized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of portrait commissions, slight artistic variations are natural and expected.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide clear and accurate reference images
Share correct delivery information
Communicate changes before artwork completion
Respect the artist’s creative process and timelines

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change based on size, complexity, medium, and delivery location. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Physical artworks may require shipping. Delivery timelines depend on artwork completion and courier services. Heyshrruti.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork designs, images, and content displayed on Heyshrruti.com are the intellectual property of Shruti Vishwakarma. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any artwork without written permission.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the artwork creation process has started. Once work has begun, cancellations may not be possible due to time and effort invested in customization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Heyshrruti.com will not be liable for:

Minor color differences due to screen display variations
Delays caused by shipping partners
Customer-provided incorrect details
